At first glance I thought that script text was the Constitution.
Still works for this though, cause our current government is unfamiliar with that document also.
Its the dang truth. And it doesn't matter how wealthy you are-its about how well you pay bills and manage debt (or minimize it).
Anyone else have a couple of older credit cards you use exactly once per year? Helps the debt ratio stay really low and adds to your credit age. But if you don't use them they get canceled which hurts your credit so once a year they are used for a tank of gas.
Because our system of determining credit worthiness wants to reward us for playing the game right but if interest rates happen to be high you still get screwed if you need to borrow
