Seems to me most beef is up brisket is down. Me thinks a lot of folks bought pellet grills over the last few years thinking briskets would be easy......bought a lot of briskets.......ruined most......and just quit buying briskets.
I agree. Im more of a rib guy vs brisket but I have always been worried I'd Lincoln Riley it if I tried to do one.
Probably a lot of dry briskets out there that hickory and cherry isn't fix.
But man steaks and hamburger lately-woof!
