Ok, now I've seen this and another report there had been Trump signs in the father's yard up until recently. As a parent who has recently had a child move back in for a while, I can confidently state that any signs I would have put in my yard (which I don't do, btw) would have zero effect on my kid. Same with my gun ownership, which is very passive and largely due to guns I have inherited. 2 of my 3 kids have very different political leanings from my wife and me, and 2 out if 3 absolutely hate that there are guns in my house. I really don't understand people trying to draw conclusions about the shooter based on his father's proclivities. I think they're just trying to fill air time/column inches.
