I don’t know. K-State hired a proven FCS coach in football and seemed to work out pretty well for them. If you can coach, you can coach. Division doesn’t matter.

Quite true, not just Klieman, but Liepold at Kansas won a couple of championships at a Div 3 school in Wisconsin and has proven to be a pretty salty coach on the football field!!!
