The conduct of the officers in this video was egregious.
Bald Lieutenant basically arrested the dude for calling him a biotch.

I’ve been playing some local gigs which means I’ve been driving across Michigan. On the way to a gig the other day I passed a trucking company… in Nothern Michigan… and the background for their sign was… I kid you not… the Confederate battle flag. The Stars and Bars. I slowed down and had a fleeting thought of taking a picture of it, but then thought better of it because I didn’t want to get shot. I took a different route on the way home so there wasn’t another opportunity. Why TF would a business in Northern Michigan use the Confederate battle flag on their sign?
You should have told them that isn't the real confederate flag. And that that's how true southerners know the difference between a true believer and a poser because the REAL stars and bars looks similar to the American flag.
Then tell them in reality the true confederate flag is a white one because that's all that is left of the antebellum south now-surrender and doing what the government tells them to. Also since Hillary Clinton was first lady of Arkansas, a southern state, she is way more of a southerner than some NYC city slicker ever will be.

Even without sound, the officers clearly didn’t view him as dangerous as they walked by him.
And you absolutely are free from the consequence of arrest for for words you are “legally allowed to say”. That’s 1st Amendment 101.

Wow. An American citizen was stopped on the streets of Montebello, California by Border Patrol agents despite telling them he was an American citizen. He was shoved up against a fence and interrogated. They had no reason to stop this man. Insane.
