1. Video in a public place where there is no expectation of privacy.
2. Made no threatening moves towards the officers who were moving away from the person and stopped and came back.
3. Said something that is protected by the first amendment.
I'm no attorney, but appears to me to be a false arrest and abuse of power.
Abuse of power seems to have gone from a flaw to a feature with our current government.
