I'm not the one who's views from one violent protest to the next are inconsistent here. I've always thought that anyone who puts hard hats, masks, and attacks cops because they think they have numbers is not really all there.
These types of responses are hilarious to me. "Hey, Kristi, do the right thing and resign. Pretty please!!". These people will never resign from anything. Everything that is happening is going exactly according to plan (Project 2025). Judge Breyer pressed the DOJ hard on whether Trump lawfully federalized the Nat'l Guard under 10 USC §12406.
“If he didn’t comply with the statute, then he didn’t have the authority—right?”
DOJ’s reply: Even if Trump didn’t have the authority to issues the National Guard the courts can’t review it
Breyer: That sounds like monarchy.
Judge questions:
– What "through the governor" really means
– Whether rebellion findings are reviewable
– If the President can invoke military power without evidence or limits
