The language of the 22nd amendment is clear and not ambiguous. No President can be elected more than two terms, That should have been a lay-up answer for that judicial nominee. Conservative judges have typically been the ones with a stricter reading of the Constitution and Liberal judges more with the interpretation.
There is no way to even interpret the Constitution allows Trump to be elected to office again (or any backdrop way for him to remain President after 2028).
No Senator should vote for this nominee.
