I hope you would agree that specific innocent individuals like Laken Riley, Jocelyn Nungaray, and Rachel Morin sure wished they didn't have that unneeded harm potentially caused by several direct policy changes.
Any murder is a crap ton of harm, but to be slaughtered by someone, especially someone who was apprehended previously, but then released because of a policy change for border patrol is hard to stomach.
You stomach school shootings just by offering thoughts and prayers but I guess that's only when it's normally white people that commit that crime.
We live in a world where normal US citizens are expected to act more Presidential than the actual President.
I’ve seen where Comey has implied he did not arrange the shells but came across them on a walk along the beach. He internalized that someone was trying to make a political statement and so he snapped a pic. Posted it. 15 minutes later deleted it.
Mariam Webster defines 86 as an informal verb meaning to refuse to serve a customer, or to get rid of and throw out someone or something. It goes on to say that it can mean to dispense or eliminate something.
There are so many outs for the defense I just don’t see a coherent strategy for the prosecution that doesn’t get laughed at unless they have recordings or communication where Comey admits this was a threat he intended.
You need to learn the meaning of the word direct.
Biden did not create a policy to purposefully bring murderers into the country. Trump created a policy to purposefully apprehend and deport people who are awaiting citizenship, even military spouses.
Apples and oranges comparision.
Seems like they are trying to bankrupt him with legal fees not realizing his lawyer is probably loving this. It's not every day easy wins in federal cases drop in his lap and Trump's hate boner is a gold mine.
Im sure his subordinates are doing this to kiss the ring too knowing that it will go nowhere. The problem with that is at some point he's going to get upset at the losers who can't win a case and won't understand that the cases are unwinnable. He's going to end up nominating My Cousin Vinny for AG or something stupid like that.

Biden changed/loosened several immigration policies.
Trump reversed some of Biden’s policies. Under both Trump and Obama military spouses not guaranteed protections. However, I would agree they were less likely to be removed.
For the record, I don’t blame Biden for their deaths but it is absolutely a fair comparison and answer to your question of “what specifically was Biden doing to harm specific people. A direct policy change that caused unneeded harm to specific individuals”.
The point is perspective. If you believe it is fair and not radical that some believe that a “death of Trump is a better outcome” than the policies causing ongoing harm. Then you should acknowledge that other people could have a similar thought about other Presidents and their harm.
