Most overreaching Administration in my Lifetime. If you are a fan of Limited Govt...THIS ISN'T IT

can you imagine if a Giant F5 Tornado wiped out OKC and Biden then decided he was going to Take over the Rebuilding of OKC to rebuild it as he saw fit ????

Appeals court confirms Trump's personal attorney Alina Habba served as a US attorney illegally. She is now a Senior Advisor over all US Attorneys nationwide.

A federal appeals court has declined to revisit its ruling that Alina Habba held the top federal prosecutor's job in New Jersey without legal authority, tightening scrutiny on how the Trump administration installed its preferred US attorneys. On Monday, the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit rejected the Justice Department's request for a rare en banc review of a December decision that found Habba's tenure as US attorney violated federal laws, reports the New York Times. Habba, formerly a personal lawyer to President Trump, left the post a week after that ruling and now serves as a senior adviser to Attorney General Pam Bondi, overseeing US attorneys nationwide.

Q: Do you agree with the assessment from some of your own officials that Alex Pretti is a domestic terrorist or assassin?

TRUMP: Well, I haven't heard that, but he certainly shouldn't have been carrying a gun. I don't like that he had a gun.

I need a Trumper to explain this to me.
"You can't have guns"

There's not an explanation.
He's wrong
They're all reaching really hard to try to minimize this
I'm hopeful there's enough evidence already out there to prevent them from being able to, and it looks like that's already starting to show with some of the admin distancing themselves from it and Bovino etc...
I also am hopeful people will remember their initial reactions/statements and not let them off the hook easily.

Trump’s acting cyber chief uploaded sensitive files into a public version of ChatGPT triggering Homeland Security automated warnings.

The interim head of the country’s cyber defense agency uploaded sensitive contracting documents into a public version of ChatGPT last summer, triggering multiple automated security warnings that are meant to stop the theft or unintentional disclosure of government material from federal networks, according to four Department of Homeland Security officials with knowledge of the incident.

The apparent misstep from Madhu Gottumukkala was especially noteworthy because the acting director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency had requested special permission from CISA’s Office of the Chief Information Officer to use the popular AI tool soon after arriving at the agency this May, three of the officials said. The app was blocked for other DHS employees at the time.

None of the files Gottumukkala plugged into ChatGPT were classified, according to the four officials, each of whom was granted anonymity for fear of retribution. But the material included CISA contracting documents marked “for official use only,” a government designation for information that is considered sensitive and not for public release.

Cybersecurity sensors at CISA flagged the uploads this past August, said the four officials. One official specified there were multiple such warnings in the first week of August alone. Senior officials at DHS subsequently led an internal review to assess if there had been any harm to government security from the exposures, according to two of the four officials.

Slovakia PM and Trump ally worried about 'Shocking' meeting with Trump and a ‘psychological state’ of a ‘dangerous’ president per diplomats

Slovakia’s prime minister privately told European leaders he was worried about Donald Trump’s “psychological state”, according to diplomats.

Robert Fico, an ally of the US president, told counterparts at an emergency EU summit that his face-to-face meeting with the US president had been “shocking”.

Mr Fico – one of the few EU leaders to support Mr Trump’s stance on Europe’s weakness – said the president came across as “dangerous” during their meeting at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida on Jan 17, two diplomats told Politico.

One said the Slovakian prime minister went further, characterising Mr Trump as “out of his mind”, while another said he seemed “traumatised” by his encounter with the US president.

The remarks were made by Mr Fico during an informal huddle between a small group of EU leaders and senior officials on the sidelines of the summit last week. The summit had been convened amid renewed tensions in transatlantic relations following Mr Trump’s threats to seize Greenland.
Robert Fico, the Slovakian prime minister, reportedly confided his concerns about Donald Trump after meeting him this month

None of the diplomats who spoke to Politico were present at the discussion, but all said they had been briefed shortly afterwards by leaders who took part.
