Supreme Court said official acts as president are immune from prosecution. Not saying Obama did anything wrong but even considering this line of thinking goes against precident set by the current office holder.
But if Trump wants to say presidents who commit treason while in office should be tried, well cool. Let's see what a DC Jury thinks about Jan 6th.

Suicide would just fan the flames for all the conspiracy theorists. My bet is that she is preparing for her pardon in exchange for her "full cooperation" where she exonerates Trump and fingers several prominent Democrats.
Are people gonna buy it though? Trump tries to bury it but it won't go away so the one person living who knows everything comes out and says he was innocent but crooked Hillary is the real villain. Aside from the nutcase followers no one is going to accept that without questions.
