You read my second and third sentence that you quoted, right? There are literally democrats protesting them.
That’s the basis of the protest.

I’d say if you are applying for refugee status and pass up a chance to jump the line when given you probably really don’t need to be a refugee.I mean fair enough, but I don’t necessarily agree that thinking these folks are immorally jumping the line is necessarily a “political view”. I can see the case for that being a moral stance rather than a political one.
Protesting "them" or protesting the policy of our president a d the fact that the only people getting refugee status are a bunch of white people from a country that has historically had the white minority controlling wealth and property and not seeing any significant violence against them. Where we have shut down refugees from every other country to include those that are attempting to flee violence. There are literally democrats protesting them. And comments were made in this very thread about them being nazis.
There could also be those that don’t need to be a refugee or aren’t truly a refugee and see the opportunity to immigrate to the US by claiming that they are because Trump wants to make a point.I’d say if you are applying for refugee status and pass up a chance to jump the line when given you probably really don’t need to be a refugee.
A struggling technology company that has ties to China and relies on TikTok made an unusual announcement this week. It had secured funding to buy as much as $300 million of $TRUMP, the so-called memecoin marketed by President Trump.I wonder how much MAGA bitcoin Syria bought.

I agree with you. I was just half a$$ pointing out that it shouldn’t be considered immoral for a person that needs refuge status skips the line when given the opportunity. There could also be those that don’t need to be a refugee or aren’t truly a refugee and see the opportunity to immigrate to the US by claiming that they are because Trump wants to make a point.
I don’t have a problem with South Africans immigrating here at all…..white, black, whatever.
I don’t have a problem with Afghanis or Latin Americans or anyone else immigrating here.
I think the solution to “illegal immigration” is more and more efficient means to legally immigrate here.
But absent that….and I know that isn’t going to happen in today’s political climate…I object to the favoritism based upon race or politics that I believe I see going on.
So they announced getting funding to bribe Trump.A struggling technology company that has ties to China and relies on TikTok made an unusual announcement this week. It had secured funding to buy as much as $300 million of $TRUMP, the so-called memecoin marketed by President Trump.

It don’t really matter to me. Everybody’s had to fight to be free….
And that they are brown. So we end protected status for all of them?
Guilt by association based only upon same nationality?
