I just thought of something. The Supreme Court gave presidents pretty much blanket immunity for anything deemed an "official act" as president. So if anything illegal happened here and it comes out, would Trump be subject to prosecution since it was stated that the event was on his personal time and therefore any actions he took were not as the president but as a private citizen?
