Trump 47

They have 24B dollars on hand. If they are worried about taxes on it…..use some of it for educating people. The entire state of mass spends 16B a year on education. MIT has 12K students…..they have 2B per student.

They have 6700 full time admin/support staff.

We are 37T in debt. We shouldn’t send a cent to private schools with 2B/student on hand. And a little over a half an admin per student.

After taxes will have to slum it with 1.5B per student?

Try again.
Ohh don't get me wrong I agree but you, they will be just fine but I also find it amusing that Federal Grant cuts are going to have a negative impact to one of our top research institutes which will slow down and delay results of research that could benefit all Americans. I hope they can replace those funds privately and get the research back on the same pace our research has been with Federal support the last few decades but then they will pass the cost back to Americans for that private funding as they will want a RoI. This will increase life and slow research that is possibly delivering life saving research results...damned if u do...damned if you don't kinda thing

You're right. They haven't said they wouldn't comply, why would they say that out loud (they have made comments about judiciary to inckude SVOTUS not being able to check executive power) Can you point to where POTUS has done anything to comply with SCOTUS 9-0 ruling to facilitate his return? They are continuously rejecting information requests by judges claiming classification issues - judges get read ins when necessary to be able to see classified information.
I don’t know what the administration is doing to “facilitate” his return. “Facilitate” is working diplomatically with El Salvador and insuring travel documents and immigration hearings are held if he is returned. They could be doing that. But I do know they cannot force a sovereign nation to return their own citizens. And El Salvador President Bukele has explicitly stated he will not return him.

I also note, your use of the singular, immigrant vs immigrants. Do you think the rest of them, and everyone else deported after years in the country don't also deserve due process? Or is that still less important to you than some money?
Yes, everyone deserves and should receive due process. The Administration was absolutely wrong to deport them without due process. I have never said or even thought otherwise.

But yes, the plight of an illegal immigrant returned to his home country, especially those credibly charged multiple times with domestic abuse, is very much less important to me than authoritarian orders that circumvent congress to transfer hundred of billions of dollars of obligations from individuals to other taxpayers and increase the national debt.

I don’t know what the administration is doing to “facilitate” his return.
No one does because they are refusing to answer court calls for information. Seems like ignoring Judicial branch to me counter to your position of him not do just that.

And against court order... again ignoring court rulings.
But yes, the plight of an illegal immigrant ... is very much less important to me than... increase the national debt.
There I got rid of a bunch of extra words and this seems more accurate to me. Yes we ALL know that your position is that the federal government should cut taxes to essentially 0 and somehow also have no deficit.

Again, it not just the one guy you keep speaking of as a bad person. How many others are there with NO charges against them and asylum cases on-going? The answer is a lot more than 1 person. The only reason people (stupidly) focus on the one guy is because the administration admitted to sending him by accident, which made the court case easier and therefore to be completed first.

What about the administration ignoring court order again to send 2 guys from Asia to Sudan yesterday?

How do you suggest the administration take an El Salvadoran national from El Salvador?
Can you point me to where the administration said they would not comply with SCOTUS?

While I agree the illegal immigrant deserved due process and did not receive….but yes I absolutely care more about millions of tax paying citizens and further burdening the nation with debt than an illegal immigrant who beat his wife.

Protect? I've not seen anyone wanting to protect him. Just protect the Constitution and give him the process the Constitution promises him and the SCOTUS has upheld

OR

Change the Constitution and remove that right from all persons within the US and have the Constitution for due process only apply to US Citizens and Legal Immigrants

Those are the two choices....end of story...no more argument...that's it

..no one is protecting anyone. This is what our nation of laws says we MUST do and what our Supreme Count has agreed is the Only process legal by US Constitutional Law

Period

If you are outside if that you are on the opposite side of the United States Constitution

Now do American citizens murdered by other American citizens.

Or American citizens killed by firearms.

Its tragic that 40 people have been killed by illegal immigrants the past 2 years and I hope their killers receive the justice they deserve. But if you believe illegal immigration is the problem you want it to be, then why do we judge millions of people over the actions of a few dozen?

We're not talking about citizens, we're talking about people who are here illegally. Each and every one of those murders are on the people who say "it's ok, give them a free pass"

They should not be given a free pass at all. They need to serve time in prison if convicted, but not all illegal immigrants are violent criminals and the rates of violent crime among illegal (or even legal) immigrants is much lower than that of natural born citizens in this country. But you seem to only care about crimes committed by illegal immigrants.

Do all those victims look white to you?

POS race baiter
He is an idiot and cannot see past race. His statements basically just show himself for what he is.

I am as strong against illegal immigration as anyone and it has zero to do with race. Shoot, my dad and FIL both are immigrants (entered legally). My dad’s brother and sister and many of my cousins still live in South America and have never immigrated to the US. And zero of my FIL’s siblings ever immigrated to the US. And if they do decide to in the future —- they need to do it legally.

We admit more immigrants and refugees than any other country. No country comes close to us with the number of foreign born immigrants. The immigration process is not necessarily easy, but we are the BEST in the world at it —- but immigrants must enter legally and follow the process.

Yes I'm the idiot. That's rich coming from the moron that thinks you can just cut all taxes and have a balanced budget.

He knows that you also have to cut all benefits and services. He just doesnt care. Hes doing OK without direct government support so no one should get anything from the government, and then the deficit goes away. See problem solved.

No. He's referring to the fact that you only think these matter more because they were done by immigrants.
They matter because they were done by people who are here illegally, you know, like they should not have been here in the first place.

I know you understand this because you're not an idiot like @Vakarian74.
