Leaked memo shows Trump admin ordered ICE to conduct warrantless home invasions​

The U.S. Department of Justice dubiously invoked a centuries-old law in directing immigration agents to carry out home invasion searches without warrants, an internal memo revealed.

USA Today—which obtained a copy of the March 14 memo issued by the office of U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi—reported Friday that the Trump administration ordered Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to pursue suspected members of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua into homes, sometimes without warrants, under the Alien Enemies Act (AEA).


The 1798 law has been invoked to deport hundreds of undocumented immigrants—the majority of whom have no criminal records in the United States—many of whom have been sent to the Terrorism Confinement Center (CECOT), a notorious super-maximum security prison in El Salvador, regardless of their nationality.

According to the memo:

As much as practicable, officers should follow the proactive procedures above—and have an executed warrant of apprehension and removal—before contacting an alien enemy. However, that will not always be realistic or effective in swiftly identifying and removing alien enemies... An officer may encounter a suspected alien enemy in the natural course of the officer's enforcement activity, such as when apprehending other validated members of Tren de Aragua. Given the dynamic nature of enforcement operations, officers in the field are authorized to apprehend aliens upon a reasonable belief that the alien meets all four requirements to be validated as an alien enemy. This authority includes entering an alien enemy's residence to make an AEA apprehension where circumstances render it impracticable to first obtain a signed notice and warrant of apprehension and removal.

Trump administration says hypothetically all judges, including Supreme Court judges, can be arrested if the Trump Admin thinks they are obstructing federal law enforcement officers​

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt on Monday said that the President Donald Trump administration is open to arresting Supreme Court judges if they harbor illegal immigrants.

She stated this while addressing a question from Fox News’s Peter Doocy on the position of some judges regarding illegal migrants in the United States.

“You guys arrested a Milwaukee County Circuit judge for allegedly helping illegal immigrants get away.

“As you guys look at other judges, would you ever arrest somebody higher up on the judicial food chain, like a federal judge or even a Supreme Court justice?”

Responding to the question, the White House Press Secretary said, “Anyone who is breaking the law or obstructing federal law enforcement officials from doing their jobs is putting theirselvses at risk of being prosecuted, absolutely.”

President Donald Trump is expected to sign an executive order at 5 p.m. Monday requiring commercial truck drivers in the United States to speak English, "America's official language," according to his spokeswoman



A document reviewed by Breitbart said, "President Trump believes that English is a non-negotiable safety requirement for professional drivers, as they should be able to read and understand traffic signs, communicate with traffic safety officers, border patrol, agricultural checkpoints, and cargo weight-limit station personnel, and provide and receive feedback and directions in English."


Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy will be directed “to rescind and replace guidance to strengthen inspection procedures for compliance with English proficiency requirements,” the document said.

A senior Trump official went on a blistering social media tirade against a journalist who questioned the president’s apparent weight loss, describing her as a “piece of s***” with a “pea-sized brain.”


“CNN had this blithering idiot on @InsidePolitics from the Daily Beast named @JoannaColes making unsubstantiated claims about President Trump’s health,” Cheung fumed. “Joanna is a piece of s***, clearly suffering from a debilitating case of Trump Derangement Syndrome rotting her pea-sized brain.”

In the discussion on the show Inside Politics, Coles discussed several topics including the president’s appearance at the Pope’s funeral over the weekend and his choice of outfit.

“I was so fascinated by the whole sort of playing out of the Pope’s funeral, I guess, as opposed to memorial. Donald Trump in a blue suit, when we know he has a black suit because he was wearing a black suit the last time you met the Pope, so why wasn’t he wearing it this time?” Coles said.

“Lots of suspicion because he’s lost a lot of weight. Who knows how he’s lost weight? We know that Robert Kennedy Jr., his health minister, doesn’t approve of people taking Ozempic because he thinks it shows a lack of moral power.
