$5k is laughable. That doesn't cover half of the cost of delivery for an easy birth. If you have insurance, maybe it covers the deductible for the year.

Meanwhile, I know people who pay ~$40k a year on childcare (for two kids). That is why no one can afford to have kids these days.

The crap we all have to deal with, day in and day out. It's infuriating, exhausting, depressing, etc. etc. None of this is ok. What Hegseth has done (multiple times) should have him removed from his position immediately and probably thrown in prison.

I know some of you love trump because he's rallying against "the norm", but none of this is making our lives better, cheaper, or easier. No matter what Fox or newsmaxx tell you.

The fact that this is all normalized now is just plain dangerous.

Until I see something turn around, I'll continue my assertion that this country is broken beyond repair.
