I wonder where we would be if everyone alleged to have had committed a crime (say someone w 34 charges against them) instead of getting a trial bc we didn’t have time just wound up in prison? I mean someone who was found guilty by a jury of their peers on 34 of 34 counts was surely guilty right. Let’s just save the time and expense and put them in jail.

Did I read that right? They showed his birth certificate as proof of citizenship. So he's a US born citizen that was held for 10 days for being lost on a walk. What the crap
