I just don’t see how he could tag and get home before the right fielder popped up and threw it to first.

Yeah, not sure if the argument was the timing of crossing the plate or did he tag up at all. Since Josh and blue never looked towards third I assumed it the run at the plate.

Well that was pretty uninspiring to watch. Sucks because I’ve been excited for the season to start. Hopefully they bounce back tomorrow.

I’m clearly still upset about the regional debacle last year.

Hope they come back and win the series. Don’t want the losses to pile up early in the season and next weekend is going to be tough.

That was one disappointing and ugly season opener. 11 strikeouts is way too many. Need to clean up the fielding and plate approach the next two days and win this series.
