I’m strictly speaking of defense. We are not athletics enough to pressure the ball and wings. Nor are we connected to each other. Adjust by 1/2 step and keep everything in front of you.

Don’t talk about softball and wrestling that way, those are competitive sports. Our participation sports such as football and men’s basketball do suck
