Gonna get hammered for this, but what exactly does David Taylor do coaching wise, we haven’t looked very good last 3 or so duals, I know he’s a promoter, but man not sure he can coach

The promoter side = recruiter, and that’s half the game, maybe more with the portal. Hendrickson, Amine, and Hamiti are all evidence of what the DT name and reputation can do for a lineup in that regard. And not sure if you heard Plott’s post match interview but these guys love and respect DT as a coach and mentor.

As far as coaching, I don’t think there is any denying this team is more offensive minded than the past. Guys are consistently chasing bonus points when they have the opportunity. Amine today looked like he’d lost after the match because he came up just short of a major. That’s the mentality you have to have for the postseason and what Penn State excels at.

Same OSU fans as always, coaches are the best in the history of mankind and if question them, you suck. Plott is way less aggressive this year, Amine might as well be a statue, Spratley has looked off until today so hopefully keeps that momentum. Can any of you super fans tell me one thing Taylor has done that makes you think can compete for championships and what in his background said he is an amazing coach, nothing is the answer because he wasn’t a coach. All those recruits people say he got were coming here before he got hired btw
