Israel under attack

I know relatively little about this situation and have read a lot of this thread and appreciate all of the perspectives.

After admitting I know little I would be smart to shut up. But, many here have called me not smart so here goes.

I would say that this is a conflict with no true innocence. If you are seeking to show reasons to support one side that is a pretty easy thing to do. If you are seeking to show that one side is right and the other is wrong, that is very difficult to do. If you are trying to be balanced and figure out who is "more right" or "more wrong" that will be impossible to do. I've heard those arguments from both sides and both have sounded convincing but neither really convinced me.

Political wars are ugly but end.
Ethnic wars are very difficult to end.
Religious wars are dang near impossible to end.

This long term religious and ethnic war is going to take a lot more than anything I've ever seen put on the table to end. So far, not even close.
It is sad that modern people still think their God(s) wants them to fight other people instead of learning to live harmoniously.

When this was orange power, we hashed this and rehashed this with every battle. I’ve been on both sides as my life has evolved. The bothersome part of all of this is I believe there’s always a solution to any problem.

Ten years ago I finally came to the realization the solution to this problem is for one to wipe out the other.

That said. What would the world do if Israel declares they will take the Palestinians anyway and Gaza and they will incorporate them into their society and provide them with immediate infrastructure, security, jobs and schools?

Just doing the complete opposite of what everyone expects. A complete carpet bombing of Gaza with hugs and love.

I’m always a dreamer first.

There’s a vid on X circulation claiming to be the first use of the iron dome laser. I don’t have X nor did I find any other evidence but that doesn’t make it false either.

Those with X should search it. Looks fathomable but I didn’t sleep at Holiday Inn. I stay at the real Relaxinn.

Trying to get this to show the tweet and not make you click it. Not sure it worked. But this source said it was out of focus and a missile from the iron dome and lens flare made it look like a laser.
