Three games this weekend all start at noon. This team that can't seem to stay focused for a full game probably needs to sweep with 200k people in town for the weekend.

Iowa State isn't bad, they are 18-17 and ahead of in league play at 7-5. But as I've mentioned, our games against the top of the league are mostly behind us. Would be nice for the team to play with confidence and start a streak.

Hopefully they come back and win but this team is so frustrating. They have zero confidence at the plate. I still wonder if that is a product of the early season scheduling and not being able to ever get into a flow.

Hopefully they come back and win but this team is so frustrating. They have zero confidence at the plate. I still wonder if that is a product of the early season scheduling and not being able to ever get into a flow.

It could be.

They just have no plate discipine. They've taken a lot of pitches down the middle and chased a TON of pitches off the plate.
