ICE

Questions for anyone that knows law enforcement training.

What is the appropriate command for LEOs to give when they want someone to stop the car, put it in park and exit the vehicle? Are there specific words/orders? Is there a “chain of command” so to speak as to who should give the orders so that no one gets confused? Is there rookie training and then ongoing training to keep everyone on the same page?

What is the proper way for a LEO to position themselves when attempting to prevent a person from fleeing? Also, instead of using personal positioning, are LEOs trained to work together to place their vehicles to prevent a vehicle from leaving?

I’m not the guy to answer but this shines some light on your question. I’ve enjoyed this guy’s content the past few months or so.

Obviously, they just don't need any help wrapping up this simple investigation.

It couldn't possibly be that they want to suppress all the evidence that might show that what @Rob B. is saying is nonsense, and they executed a woman for being scared and trying to drive away after being given confusing orders.
Nah, our government has not shown us any signs that they can't be fully trusted. That is the new republican thing- trust in big government.

Question on that for you.

When you watch the video you posted, how does the speed of the vehicle look compared to the original video in the thread? Slower? Faster? Or, same speed?

No commentary just yet. All I ask is for you to watch both videos and answer, faster/slower/same.

WTF does that snippet of doctored video showing her dead body accelerating after he stupidly shot her have to do with the FBI obviously showing that they are going to act like any third-world dictatorship and avoid working with any other agencies so they can suppress information and put out lies for the boot-lickers to lap up?

I've seen many different videos of it, the ones from behind seem slower than the ones from in front. IDK if they've been sped up or slowed down. All I know is she clearly hit him with the vehicle, which is what I've argued from the jump.

Here’s where I’ve landed. A person was executed. To me if you believe “follow the LEOs orders and you won’t get shot” and say the deceased didn’t comply and was committing a crime, then you are saying the penalty in this case was execution. One person decided she committed a crime, found her guilty of the crime and shot and killed her.

If on the other hand you believe she was unfairly killed then you can say she was executed.

A 6 yr old will grow up without a mom or dad. Family, partners and friends lost someone they raised, loved, shared birthdays with. Went on dates with. Maybe pub crawled or cheered at Vikings or Twins games with a beer and dog.

Someone on that ICE team if they have any shred of decency just witnessed an execution. Might be the shooter some day down the road. They will live with the decisions made that day. Their loved ones will live with that trauma also. Might be a spouse or child. Word will get out. They didn’t ask for this.

This was all preventable. It had zero to do with immigration enforcement and 100% with one person’s ego. I don’t care if you are D or R or I or L. America was not made Great yesterday. No one was made safer. No drugs were taken off the streets. No terrorist plot thwarted. One man kicked this off.

His decisions put the agents at risk. They killed a citizen. They traumatized families on both sides. The kicker…he doesn’t care. He doesn’t care about the immigrants. He doesn’t care about the citizens of Minneapolis. He doesn’t care about the agent who pulled the trigger or those on the scene. He doesn’t care about the woman killed. He doesn’t care about her 6 year old daughter.

He cares about how all of this is being viewed. How it makes him look.

And if you don’t care about any of the above, well I feel sad for you too.

If you just watch that video and hit play/pause a few times to slow it down, you can see that the edge of the bumper brushes him, and then he shoots from the side just like all the other videos show. The high speed blurs and gives the illusion he was dragged.

You almost got there. But look at the original video that shows the shot and the one you posted. The one you posted definitely sped up. Why mark?

Is it sped up, or are the others slowed down? Because the original video I posted from the front is the same as the one you commented on only at regular speed.

Despite promise to remove 'worst of the worst,' ICE has arrested only 6% of known immigrant murderers

ICE told Congress in September that over 13,000 immigrants known to have committed murder remained at large. Since then, only 752 have been arrested.

Maybe ICE should be banned from making news for murdering and shooting innocent people, while not getting on the ball for catching a lot more murderers. There ought to be a better way than ICE.

I think she put herself in a stupid position and tried leaving without the intent to harm any of the ICE officers. Unfortunately, the ICE officer felt justification in firing 3 times at point blank range because she drove extremely close to him.

Before the pistol was fired, would anyone here feel safe putting yourself in that same situation?

It’s stupid games, stupid prizes. These people get to kick your ass, pepper spray you, shoot you with rubber, or real bullets if they feel you are a lethal threat.

She was her son’s last parent. She was shot at 9:30am and probably just dropped him off at school about an hour before her life was taken and she’s out they’re taking incredibly stupid risks in a fight she anyone else can’t ever ever ever win. She let her son down and it’s incredibly sad.

My eyes tell me the officer didn’t have to fire. Best case scenario for ICE, they arrest her. Worst case, she drives off and is no longer obstructing their work. He couldn’t handle the worst case and made it catastrophic. He’ll probably walk free too.

A 17-year-old Target employee in Minnesota asks his co-workers to call his mom after border patrol agents, including chief Greg Bovino, pinned him to the floor and arrested him. The employee, whose name is Christian, reportedly had his passport in his pocket but agents took him anyway.
