Well since his trial was in 2023 and he was convicted in January 2024 and was sentenced to 20 years in prison and had been in prison and locked up since 2023 and is now getting an additional 6.5 year sentence in 2025Well, this surprised me. I thought we didn't allow due process for illegals anymore...

Ice is now saying profiling based on a person's physical appearance is 100% legal and their practice and probable cause to detain anyone they want is NOT required

What they need though is reasonable articulable suspicion. And the factors he mentions (job, location, physical appearance, etc.) don’t appear to meet the standard IMO. He basically is arguing that if you are a brown person doing certain types of work, that’s good enough. Legally, it’s not enough for a legal Terry stop which would result in admissible evidence in a criminal proecution. They’re not prosecuting these folks as criminals though. They’re shipping them out of the country.

ICE took a girl in her early 20’s that works for my wife at a restaurant in OKC. Good kid, good grades in high school, graduated and got a job. Been in the US for 20 years and will now be shipped to a country she’s never been to. It’s just disgusting evil stuff.
They're going after the people who are doing all the right things because they're the easiest to find and they have quotas to hit. Their budget is about to explode. If good people who know this is wrong continue to remain silent it will only get worse.

A reporter ought to see if there are a significant number of warrants out for immigrants, legal or not, and ask why getting them apprehended is given a higher priority.
We post memes on social media and gripe about it to our friends

Use apps like ICE block and give folks a heads up of they are in an area.
