ICE

Well, this surprised me. I thought we didn't allow due process for illegals anymore...

Well since his trial was in 2023 and he was convicted in January 2024 and was sentenced to 20 years in prison and had been in prison and locked up since 2023 and is now getting an additional 6.5 year sentence in 2025

Thank you for so expertly pointing out what due process for illegals looked like in 2023 and 2024

Now please show me where illegals are getting the same due process since Jan 2025 when Trump was sworn in

Ice is now saying profiling based on a person's physical appearance is 100% legal and their practice and probable cause to detain anyone they want is NOT required

Homan: "People need to understand ICE officers and Border Patrol don't need probable cause to walk up to somebody, briefly detain them, and question them ... based on their physical appearance."

Here's an off duty border patrol guy waving his gun around a women's room at a bar in Long Beach this weekend.

Starting to see why they cover their face.

ICE is not sending their best, they're sending tequila addicts and rapists and some I assume are good people.

Actually, he’s correct in saying they don’t need probable cause to briefly detain someone and question them.

What they need though is reasonable articulable suspicion. And the factors he mentions (job, location, physical appearance, etc.) don’t appear to meet the standard IMO. He basically is arguing that if you are a brown person doing certain types of work, that’s good enough. Legally, it’s not enough for a legal Terry stop which would result in admissible evidence in a criminal proecution. They’re not prosecuting these folks as criminals though. They’re shipping them out of the country.

I mean, I was surprised they're letting him serve his sentence before deporting him, from everything I've seen here, we weren't even doing that.
