Houston at OSU

Schubart is and has been a really below average defensive OF. That ball was catchable and now chasing runs against their best pitcher which isn't a good recipe for this offense....

It seems like so many times this season our hitters are down 0-2. That’s so frustrating. Then you are swinging at anything close. The top of our order just needs isn’t productive except for maybe Shubart.

Probably the best way you can sum up the current state of OSU baseball is after Houston took a 1-run lead in the top of the 6th with their ace closer on the mound, I doubt there is one person on this board that would confidently wager any amount of money on OSU rallying and winning this game. That is sad - playing at home against a team that is 5-10 in conference and chasing 1-run over the last 4 innings and the deficit seems totally insurmountable.
