Oklahoma State head coach Steve Lutz' name is being thrown around with the Texas A&M head coaching search.

Of the three available to return, one is in the portal and the other two haven’t announced as far as I have heard. So, at a minimum we will be adding 10-12 players and maybe the whole roster regardless of Lutz staying or not.

Finding a new coach, cobbling together a roster -- next year would likely be a complete bust.

If A&M takes him, so be it. I’d guess he is on down their list though. But for Weiberg, you’d better not get played on this for more money or years. You don’t extend or increase a coach coming off 17-18 and NIT.

I'm rooting for Kelvin. He coaches the way Eddie coached, and Houston winning shows that style of ball is still relevant and can win. Plus, now he reminds me off Eddie: always pissed off, frowning, and taking good players and turning them into superstars.

A few years ago I would have rooted against them simply because I didn't want to see a conference team get a leg up on us going forward. Adding to it a former squat coach and I'd be like helĺllll no. Now, anything that helps the conference I'm good with.
