I feel great about it, but I also know that we could get lucky and make a great hire or we could be irrelevant for the next 20 years. But we cannot continue to pay Gundy $7million for this complete s**t show. Sick of his "I'm the smartest man in the room" routine.

Matt Campbell wouldn't come here. He's been courted by higher profile schools and always stays at ISU. I know we've had more success than ISU, but it's still a lateral move.

Monken and Gundy are close friends. I doubt he'd be interested. Plus, he left Southern Miss to go back to being a coordinator.
