Just wait until a catholic teaches a public school Bible class to a population of Calvinist kids. That ish will stop real fast.

You aren't supposed to take communion if you aren't Catholic.
My Dad was superintendent of schools. When the school held a dance THE church tried to outdo it every time. Telling their young members it was sinful. The Other big church held dances occasionally too but never when school had something going on. They had a K- 7 school. Dad retired but still attended board meetings. The church was promoting preacher led prayer in school, as was the Other. After an hour, the chairman ask Dad what he thought about the subject then to their surprise he said this. I think it’s a great idea, We’ve got churches of all kinds in this community so if you do this I want a calendar of when each pastor will lead the prayer so I can pick and choose which days to keep my kids at home. They tabled the matter and never brought it up again. Dad embraced separation of church and state. These people do not think about what’s best for schools ,and what troubles this could bring they only want to demean them, and rule over them.

I fully believe with 100% of every fiber of me that the Bible will be banned in my lifetime
And it won't be because of some crazy left wing attack or subterfuge
It will be because Christian Nationalism will carry out horrific events and try to enforce crazy and wild religious policy....like trying to publicly execute homosexuals or trying to force rape victims to have the baby, or trying to force women to stay in abusive relationships if they can't prove without a shadow of doubt the man was unfaithful, or trying to enforce voting to only one vote per household and only the man can vote, or rejecting medical attention and help to those in need of medical attention if they aren't married or of they are precived to be gay.
and they will do all these things in the Name of Jesus Christ...when none of these things are remotely close to Jesus or Biblical teachings
Many of these extreme ideas you already either see as public talking points or ARE ALREADY IN PRACTICE today

It is the pictogram drawn by Martin Luther to share the message and story of Jesus Christ from the Bible. Luther used this pictogram to spread the word of God and the story of Jesus and salvation to those who didn't have their own Bibles they could read at the time
I suspect it will be the only source of the Biblical story I can share with others when these Christian Nationalist get the Bible ban on the name of "Jesus"
I’ve an agnostic friend. that I’ve been striving to get to know Christ for over twenty years. He’s read the Bible more than most believers. Yet “Christians “ actions constantly repel him. Frankly far too many of them repel me with their “do as I say, not as I do” cancerous attitude. Wrong is viewed as right. Truth is a lie. Callousness has replaced empathy and charity, etc. etc. etc.. iMO they no longer “hear” HIS voice because of their callousness. We were given free will to choose , so that love can be genuine and yet far to many “worships” our flawed and reckless President down the road that leads to destruction. Oh, I forgot, he’s admitted he’s no Christian, and yet like robotic lemmings they follow him over the cliff no matter what he says or does. Judgement begins at the house of God. and it’s becoming unrecognizable to me.
