CFN.com Preview: UT-Martin vs. Oklahoma State

Can you clarify something for me? When three players are listed at a position, what is the difference between, for example,
4-Bob,
7-Ned
Or 6-Charlie
as opposed to
4-Bob
Or 7-Ned
6-Charlie
Where the “or” is positioned?
I am assuming that the top example is Bob is the starter, 2nd string is Ned/Charlie, while the bottom example is starter is Bob/Ned and Charlie is 2nd string.

There's no ifs, ands or buts about it, the position of the or signifies co-starters or co-backups.

Who's old enough to remember the conjunction junction commercial that used to air during Saturday morning cartoons.

Got to say, my optimism for the D took a little hit. All the or’s listed, but at safety Parker Robertson is listed with no or?!! Yikes, I’m having flashbacks of him getting burned and missing tackles. He was a definite liability the later part of last season when he was in due to injury.

Yes, transferred in from Nebraska I believe. I was super excited about Duhon and Bradley though. Hopefully they’re both just dinged up and will be good to go by Oregon.
I'm really curious about Malik Charles, I think they said he has put on some weight since getting to campus and he is so raw he is a bit of a wildcard

That is surprising. Figured if all things were equal it would be Flores because of his time in the program.
I figured the same thing. Gundy has almost always rewarded QB seniority in the past. Hopefully this means Hejny has been the best guy in practice. We need someone to step up and claim the job.
