It’s “what have you done lately” mentality. Otherwise Gundy would be 1 or 2.

Yeah. If we are going by full body of work there you can debate 1 and 2 but its no question who they are. At some point people will realize that 9 wins is about Campbell's ceiling. And Dillimgham has had one season. Let's see how he does for a few years before we anoint him as the next Campbell

Charlie Strong got the Texas job because he got credit for a two year turnaround at Louisville. Turns out, that turnaround probably should have been credited to Teddy Bridgewater, not Charlie Strong.

Dillingham had an amazing year based on a good qb along with the amazing season of Skattebo. I'll need to see a few more amazing seasons without a bowling ball shot from a cannon at running back before he becomes a best of conference coaches.

I heard an interview with the sun devils version of RA last year in the preseason and the guy couldn’t have been more depressed about their outlook.

That just breaks my heart
Well he’s had two years, inherited a train wreck from Herm Edwards, and won a big 12 title thus far. Their season last year, given the lack of expectations, is one of the more remarkable turnarounds since Rhule took over Baylor.

For all the love Deion’s gotten, Dillingham’s already accomplished significantly more.

I think if Gundy had managed to win the Big 12 in ‘13 & ‘21 he’d be looked at a lot differently.
