We definitely overrate him. He's a solid player but not a major difference maker.

At 2nd base. Not SS. Just like Morrill. A very good 2nd baseman, good contact hitter then Josh gets hold of him. Makes him an average or below SS and changes his hitting approach and he regresses significantly.
