I mean, a lefty is throwing a slider with lots of spin that starts over the middle of the plate, no way that ball ends up a strike. He has to be able to see that. Both he and Schubart chased a pitch where the catcher had to slide from his crouch into the other batters box to get it.

The Wulfert injury is weird. It didn’t seem that bad when it happened but when he tried to take the field on defense is when he had issues. Was flexing his hand and in pain. Hopefully not serious.

In all fairness rhe fun seems legit for every other pitcher. So I would be off for it to have been that far off only with him. So it very well could be legit.
