I watched the Barry Sanders documentary on Amazon Prime this weekend. It was really good and finally explained his decision about retiring from the Lions.

I watched it, it was well done. I remember his dad wore a Kansas hat on the sideline of the Holiday Bowl. Since he has passed I won't say anything else.

May not have had the portal but Hart Lee got NIL from 4 schools I think.

Really enjoyed watching it and really well put together...Barry was/is definitely unique and 'did things his way'...always Loved how he just gave the ball to an official after a score, 'act like you've been there before'...he seemed to be playing in 1.5 speed in regards to seeing holes, moves, defenders...Must See!!

Just watched this finally...Barry is and always will be Barry...

As far as his dad, the idea of how unhappy a goon father was that his son went where he was wanted and the 'great' switzer didn't offer him (probably too humble for the nonsense in norman) is just icing on the sweetness that is BS.
