I have a hard time believing any media member right now. Holcomb was certainly quiet on the Sportsblitz

I heard this also. The additional delay is due to the fact that they were working on structuring Bill Self's contract as assistant to the head coach.
 
If the stars are not aligning and Lutz is the guy probably ought to reassess options, might be an equal or better option that the circumstances-stars align with our needs.

George Karl is 72 years old and basically an NBA coach....something sounds fishy.

My sources have said the delay is because we're cloning (Jurassic Park style) one each of Henry Iba, Phog Allen, Dean Smith, and Adolph Rupp to be one collective staff. While the cloning has been successful and they're all viable, sorting the details of who is head coach vs. assistants is taking some time to make sure everyone is in agreement.

Just make sure Rupp is not recruiting coordinator.
