Weiberg isn’t gonna “recruit” a coach flying commercial, is he? That’s gotta get done with private jets.
I would certainly think not.
Ultimately what I'm trying to say is only things out of the norm are of any interest. Flights direct into Stillwater not connecting in DFW. Or, a flight direct between Tulsa and Bowling Green which I can almost guarantee is not a regular occurrence.

I just looked at FlightAware. The only flight I saw from Tulsa to Bowling Green was on Friday afternoon. The plane was a Cessna 400. That plane is currently flying westerly south of Springfield, Mo. It may be headed to Tulsa. It would be real interesting if it’s flying to Stillwater. Give it another hour.

Is this from the same source that said Alford had been offered the job?
I think it may have been Weiberg or someone representing OSU. The plane has now landed at Tulsa International. It does seem to me to be a little unimpressive of a plane.

Unrelated, but how the heck did Shaka Smart fail at Texas? He’s a really good coach and had all the resources in the world to be successful there.
He was young still, you can tell he’s a better in game coach now. But he also did win at Texas, they were just never great.
My guess is all of the politics there were a drain and distraction.
Several guys have been unsuccessful at ut. The most common denominator is the university itself.
How does anyone fail at UT?
The Aggies get ragged on for being a cult but dear lord the horns are too.
In most every sport too. Baseball & Softball the least, but you can still tell that they just can't help themselves.
