US continues to go forward

A Nashville-based tech CEO is offering AI-powered firearm detection software free to every K–12 school in the country. The initiative, 'Bailey’s Promise', honors a student killed in a 2018 Kentucky school shooting. https://bit.ly/4losNLn

BREAKING: Grand jury declines to indict ‘Sandwich Guy,’ the former DOJ employee who threw a hoagie at a federal officer in Washington, D.C.

Yeah, it was punishment enough that the video is public & everyone can go rewatch that sad display of athleticism. Hope he reads the comments too.

This isn’t exactly the US, well sort of the US in that I think we are starting to turn the corner on the opiate crisis. Either way, I’m real f-ing proud of this guy.

And, for those that think “f-em, addicts shouldn’t get narcan, they should just die since they did it to themselves.” Remember, some get through and do cool things. Also, the guy that smoked, ate cheeseburgers, and drank a lot of beer, should we let them die instead of a heart stent? After all, they did it to themselves?

There was this random quick cutaway before a commercial break. Seemed kind of random considering she represents New York, but it looks like she's trying to reach across the aisle.

It's cool that she's a fan of OSU and said in an interview that she feels she missed out on the full college experience because she went to an FCS school and she always wanted to be a cheerleader.

I think it's really cool that most Conservatives on the board didn't get triggered by this.
