We have been told for years that there is no need to tax the ultra-rich as they have the ability to hide their money and will just move it if we try. Well, sounds like a great job for AI. Any US citizen or resident with a net worth of over one billion dollars would have AI surveillance of all money flows in or out of any account that they hold (with AI powered to follow the multiple shells etc) with real time flagging of any attempts to move money that give the appearance of impropriety to be reviewed for illegal behavior on their part or on the part of the financial organizations that give them loans to insure all are done in full compliance with federal, state, and local law. The AI can track what they do to avoid taxes therefore congress can change the laws to stop the avoidance behaviors that occur.
