Republicans might as well advocate everybody getting a handgun for concealed carry so people can defend themselves from evil and mentally disturbed shooters. At the dockside restaurant if 5 diners had been armed, the shooter would have probably been finished off quickly. I say probably because it was dark at the time.
I know (think?) this is sarcasm...but I'd be for more people being armed. If they are made to take safety courses, annual tests, shooting classes, insurance, mental health screening, etc.

Let's be honest, even in the mass murders/killings that are politically motivated, being happy a killer is on the other political team instead of your own political team says a lot more about you than it does about the killer.
