US continues to go backward...

I’m totally with you on climate change alarmism, but I’m not sure I’d call this an unbiased news source worth planting my flag on. And what happened to John Stossel’s career that he’s providing content to a small fringe Libertarian organization?

Just one of thousands of opposing views on climate change. FWIW Strossel has always been pretty reliable in my opinion.

Who decided that opposing views on climate science aren’t credible? There are about a million views in between Greta and AOC and outright deniers. The truth, as usual, is probably somewhere in the middle. Your side is currently in the process of insisting that men can have periods and give birth.
First I’ve heard of it. But sounds like a topic that involves more medicine than I can speak on credibly.

Well as we know in science, it's the amount of opposing views that determines whether a theory has merit and not the actual data. /s

As Einstein said when a book called "100 Authors Against Einstein" that opposed his theory of relativity: "Why 100? If I were wrong, one would be enough". Same thing here, a lot of objections but no actual data that contradicts the scientific consensus.

Did you guys not read the post ;!???
I have no issue with schools showing opposing science for climate change
However, Florida only approved ONE SOURCE of climate denier information to be used in schools and it happens to be a VERY controversial and very extremist source

If you want to show opposing views in science in school...go nuts ... But restricting that view to one extremist source as the opposition is exactly the type of behavior you guys are arguing AGAINST

You can't Cherry pick the data and that's exactly what Florida is doing here...cherry picking the opposition data

Wake up folks

Are you referring to the Politico news story that you posted?
If so, how are you determining they only approved ONE SOURCE? Where in the article does it list that Florida is "restricting that view to one extremist source"? I think you may have jumped to a conclusion that is not in the article.

Also, your news article specifically states it is not mandatory to show the videos, but just provides the resource for government and civics class teachers to utilize at their option.

It clearly states that videos of opposing views from PragerU are the only opposition videos approved to be shown

No it does not. I think you need to re-read your article.

My assumption is your confusion is with this sentence in the Politico article: "For now, PragerU videos have only been approved for use in the state's civic and government classes for younger children."

The word "only" means only for use in those classes ---- not that PragerU are the only videos approved.

It simply refers to women who have transitioned to IDing as male. So, they look just like men everywhere except between the legs. Therefore, they can still have babies and have periods. That is where the notion comes from that men can have babies. Conservatives don't look at it that way. They are only willing to count what is going on between the legs.

Typical Republican response, making mountains out of mole hills and mandating their way or the highway. Amazing to me that some people believe they’re so perfect that it’s their right to tell others how to live and what they can do with their own bodies.

I just said I’m with you on climate change. And the fact that Stossel has been so solid is what makes me wonder why he’s working at this small time job.
