Although I think he should invoke the 25th there is no way he's going to elevate the profile of a dem while simultaneously saying he won't run.

Also I still believe something will happen after the mid terms so that Trump steps down/is removed (probably not willingly) but it has to be after so that Vance has the opportunity to run for reelection twice. Imagine a rigged system where the palanter candidate can be president for a decade
