Sounds like something to say to people before you nuke them. Whatever, those words are nothing short of evil.
What in the world made him think that was a good idea to say? That would be pretty damning evidence if it comes up at his war crimes trial (like that will ever happen).
Texas created a law that allows a random citizen to sue someone they believe aided in an abortion, even out ot state. I'd like to see a law that allowed a random citizen to sue news agencies if they have evidence of misinformation such as this. I am with you regarding the anger over Epstein Those crimes are horrific and demand full accountability. But linking it to a "Synagogue of Satan" or "Zionist demon worshippers" wildly misreads Revelation 3:9, where John’s vision of Jesus addresses a specific 1st-century group in Philadelphia harassing local Christians, not Jews today.
That phrase targets folks claiming Jewish authority while opposing Jesus, not an ethnic slur or global cabal. Also, it's not a “direct quote” of Jesus like in the Gospels. Revelations is John’s vision. Tying this comment to Zionism or "world rulers" echoes Protocols-style antisemitism. Conspiracy theories rooted in The Protocols of the Elders of Zion, a fabricated 1903 Russian forgery claiming secret Jewish elders plot world domination. It distracts from real perps (Epstein, Ghislaine, enablers across backgrounds) without evidence. Revelation actually honors Israel's tribes (Rev 7), so this twist dishonors the text and risks real harm.
We need to push for unsealed names, investigations, and reforms. But scapegoating Jews won't topple systems; it'll just divide us. Let's name individuals, expose networks factually, and protect survivors without hate.
Thanks for posting this! Revelations was about prose threats to the church and the Roman Empire. Thinking it was referencing things today is generally the result of an eisegetical reading of the text.
The other thing I wanted to mention is that many religious Jews are against what is happening @osuwhit . The Jewish Voice for Peace organization is one of the largest anti-zionist organizations in the US and is the most vocal and active. They played a major part in the campus protests at the outset of the Gaza genocide following the Hamas terrorist attack and have done demonstrations in the US capitol along with community advocacy. They have over 32,000 dues paying members.
