Trump 47

During the 1980s and 1990s, Donald Trump frequently used the pseudonym "
John Barron" (sometimes "Baron" or "John Miller") as an alter ego to contact journalists and radio stations. He posed as his own PR spokesperson to plant stories, brag about his business, or defend himself, a practice widely known among NYC media at the time

YOU GUYS YOU GUYS … “John Barron” called @cspan to complain about the Supreme Court’s ruling on Trump’s tariffs and I. AM. SCREAMING this is amazing 😂😂 They cut the man off 🥴.

In a heated C-SPAN call on February 22, 2026, a Virginia caller identifying as “John” unleashed a profanity-laced tirade against House Democratic leaders Hakeem Jeffries and Chuck Schumer. The distinctive voice, cadence, and signature phrasing sparked immediate speculation online that the caller was Donald Trump himself—echoing his long-ago “John Barron” alias—following the Supreme Court’s recent 6-3 ruling striking down his emergency tariff authority.

I wonder with all the constant tariff chaos going on, were there fewer factories from foreign countries opening up or announced in 2025 than in 2024. Biden had some tariffs but sure didn't stir up as much controversy.
Here is somewhat of an answer to what I was wondering about:

That isn't even close to an incognito voice. What an idiot.

Should we have a problem with this? Because I don't know. On one hand I think the Director of the FBI should have better things to do than party with USA Hockey after a gold medal performance. On the other it's the biggest moment for our country in that sport in my lifetime (unless you believe life begins at conception) and if I were that guy and happened to be there I might be in the exact same spot after the game. So who am I to complain about a guy being a fan just because his policies are awful and dangerous? It does reinforce that the administration is clear in showing privilege exists for some and they have no problem flaunting it though.

Im going to chalk this one up as poor judgment on his part but in the grand scheme of things hope he had fun and Ill go back to finding better reasons to think he sucks tomorrow.
