Trump 47

Rand Paul: "It looks to me like they're trying to pin the blame on somebody else and not them. Secretary Hegseth said he had no knowledge of this and it did not happen. It was fake news. It didn't happen. And then the next day, from the podium of the WH, they're saying it did happen. So either he was lying to us on Sunday or he's incompetent and didn't know what had happened."

Reporter: Can you explain why you would pardon a notorious drug trafficker?

Trump: I don’t know who you are talking about.

Reporter: Juan Orlando Hernández.

Trump: I was asked by Honduras.

Trump now says affordability is a “fake narrative” and a “Democratic scam.” Bold take from the guy who literally declared himself the “AFFORDABILITY PRESIDENT” last week.

So, put Honduras First, maybe America and its drug problems next. Who voted for doing that?

Wonder if previous administrations have done this with federal funding? Honestly dont know but I doubt it.

BREAKING: The Pentagon IG’s report on Pete Hegseth is out — and it’s uglier than the leaks.

He didn’t just use Signal. He pushed live, classified strike plans into a group chat — down to the minute the bombs would drop — and the IG says it put U.S. troops at risk.

His excuse? He claims he “declassified” it in the moment.
The IG found no proof, no paperwork, nothing.

And he refused to sit for an interview.
Unclassified report hits tomorrow.
Congress already has the classified version.

agreed...he is obviously all about himself...but also, 'America First' and 'make America great again' means only the people/groups/party that agrees with him/bends the knee to him...I have argued with my brother that he is the most divisive President that we have encountered, and he continues to prove my point (although his followers CANNOT/WILL NOT see this...uneffinbelievable...

This is the part that gets me. It is almost like if they admit to any flaw, the whole billionaire-on-our-side/swamp drainer/America first thing falls apart. So, they have to maintain cognitive dissonance and refuse to see any flaws at all.

9 point win by the Trump endorsed candidate in a District that went +22 points for Trump in the last general.

A Dem candidate that was notably more progressive/liberal than other Dem candidates for the position in the past.

A Democratic win would have been monumental, but that close of an election under the circumstances is still a pretty big deal.

Rep. Nancy Mace of South Carolina has told people she is so frustrated with Speaker Mike Johnson and sick of the way he has run the House — particularly how women are treated there — that she is planning to huddle with Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia next week to discuss following her lead and retiring early from Congress.
