Africa should worry about Afrika. Interesting, though, that Nigeria does have some oil, so maybe that is what Trump is thinking about. But I heard Venezuelan oil requires three time more refining than Texas oil. So, better be worried about the quality of Nigerian oil.

Why is the government telling private businesses how to conduct what they do? If the shareholders in Wal Mart lobby the government can they decree that they are the only company that can accept SNAP benefits? If a grocery store sees an opportunity now to build loyalty in a segment of the population who they are trying to get to shop there more often after the shutdown are they now not allowed to do this?
