Trump 47

Q: What did you mean last night when you said you were prepared to send 'more than the National Guard' into American cities?

TRUMP: Sure, I'd do that. As you know I'm allowed to do that

Q: Do you mean other branches of the military you'd send in?

TRUMP: if I want to enact a certain act, I'm allowed to do it. I'd be allowed to do whatever I want. The courts wouldn't get involved. Nobody would get involved. And I could send the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines -- I could send anybody I wanted.

Spoken like a true statesman.

While he is 100% correct, I’m not sure I am thrilled about Trump’s excesses leading to yet another American tradition of good going away with former presidents trashing the current one.

I think the gloves have to come off. Trump goes so far outside of the norms and mores, partly because it gives him a sense of advantage. Then he claims the other side cheats, even when they play by the rules. If non-MAGA (not just Democrats) follow typical rules of engagement, then we’re trying to respond to a street fighter like an indignant gentleman whose honor has been insulted. By the time we challenge Trump to a duel, he’s gutted us and left us for dead.

JD Vance: "Liberalism and the far left is a kind of perverted version of christianity. You can't just have compassion for the criminal, you have to have justice, too, which is why I think a properly rooted christian world order is such an important part of the future of our country."

🚨 JD Vance just claimed that when settlers arrived in the New World, they “found widespread child sacrifice,” adding that “Christian civilization ended the practice.”

Archaeologists, including those specializing in North American history, are calling this a flat-out lie. There is no evidence of widespread child sacrifice among First Nations.

To say that about Indigenous people is historically false, deeply racist, and disgustingly revisionist.

The United States has informed allies that it is pulling some U.S. troops from NATO’s eastern flank, including Romania, a decision that has infuriated the Republican chairs of the House and Senate Armed Services committees.

In unrelated news, plenty of Christians are refusing to vote on releasing the Epstein files. Vance may now return to pretending to care about justice and children.

when I wore a younger man´s clothes I used to think of ´Christians´ as being/or trying to be ´Christlike¨... I thought of churches being a safe place for ALL people and that churches wanted to help ALL others...I don´t think that way at all anymore...I honestly don´t understand why Christians are not among the ´Woke´...

You do understand. Plenty of scripture about one’s heart towards money and wealth.

12 yrs ago one of the largest churches in ok and the us had 15 campuses and had revenues (bc let’s call them what they are vs tithes and offerings) of $9MM per month. That same organization has 45 campuses today. Extrapolate what you will.

Not saying anything bad about this organization. Just highlighting how much money is in today’s American Christian community.

Simple question someone should ask him,

"Then why are you married to a godless hindu?"

A 61-year-old Tennessee man was locked up in jail for more than a month for posting an anti-Trump meme on Facebook.

Sheriff Nick Weems defended the clearly unconstitutional arrest of Larry Bushart for exercising his free speech, and a local judge set the man’s bond at $2 million. But after this media report aired, charges were suddenly dropped on Wednesday.

Both prosecutors were suddenly placed on leave — and by that evening, the 27-month sentencing memo was gone. Deleted. Vanished from the court docket.

And just hours later, a new memo appeared. This replacement version — filed quietly that same night — completely stripped out any mention of Taranto’s role in the Jan. 6 riot or Trump’s posting of Obama’s address. Politico’s Kyle Cheney confirmed the revision, which raised eyebrows even higher about who ordered it and why.

MILES TAYLOR: “I will never forget a meeting I had with Stephen Miller before I quit the Trump administration. We’re in his tiny second-floor West Wing office, and he points to a drawer and he said, ‘You know what’s in there, Miles? There’s a stack of executive orders that I’m going to issue in a second Trump administration.’

“‘I’m going to issue’ — by the way. You read into that what you want.”

—On “Deadline: White House” with Nicolle Wallace (10/29/25, MSNBC)

Alejandro Juarez arrived for his immigration appointment and was detained, placed on the wrong plane, sent to Texas, and told to walk across the border to Mexico.

Juarez, who lived with his wife and four children in New York, had worked for Donald Trump for more than a decade. https://trib.al/9w6eBkv
