That's kind of surprising. The district gets some of the outer suburbs of Sioux City but most of it is pretty rural.

Kinda forgot we were trying to annex Greenland. Wonder if hes going to pull a Russia and get a bunch of people to move there to Americanize it and then claim it should be US territory because of shared heritage and values?
