Trump 47

This is my (semi)conspiracy theory:

I fully expect trump to start a war, or manufacture a large scale crisis at home. He knows his approval ratings are in the toilet, and the best way to boost is to be a "hero" during a major crisis (see Bush and Giuliana post 9/11). It will also allow him to cancel or delay midterms if we're in a crisis / war. Democrats will be furious and Fox will tell MAGA to say "well, you were fine with Zelensky cancelling elections during a war!!!".

Trump has a long, long history of creating problems, "fixing" them, and boasting about how he's the hero.

Tammy Duckworth just destroyed Pete Hegseth “Your failures have been staggering. You blew the $1 billion fight against the Houthis who has no Navy and you lost all of those aircraft. You’ve created such a hostile command environment that no one wants to serve as your chief of staff…”

JUST NOW: Senator Tammy Duckworth goes scorched earth on Pete Hegseth: “Let the military get back to their real job. Stop forcing them to DHS job. If you want to be DHS Secretary, maybe you can apply for that job when you're fired from this one for incompetence”

I always felt that Miller was far more racist than Trump and wondered why he stayed around and never seems to go to Trump's bad side like everyone else. This explains it:

When asked whether it would be fair to describe Miller as a “co-president,” Taylor hesitated. “That might be a bridge too far,” he said, “and Stephen would never promote that notion himself. He understands that all of his authority is derived directly from the president.”

But Taylor stressed the distinction between Miller and virtually everyone else he worked with during the Trump years: “He’s the only person I ever engaged with in the White House who never privately criticized the president — not even once. Everyone else, from cabinet secretaries to mid-level staff, would vent their frustrations in private. They knew who he was. But Stephen never broke character.”

Trump would hire Hitler's ghost if Hitler would be loyal at all costs.

Trump DOJ Seeks Lifetime Sentence for Jan. 6 Convict Pardoned By Trump. He was convicted for attacking a police officer on J6. In Nov 2024 he was convicted of conspiring to murder FBI agents and other government officials who investigated J6. He is claiming his Trump pardon for his actions on J6 should also absolve him of conspiring to Murder those that investigated J6 as well.

Federal prosecutors are asking a judge to sentence a Jan. 6 rioter to a lifetime behind bars—despite President Donald Trump pardoning his crimes at the U.S. Capitol.

Edward Kelley, a 35-year-old East Tennessee native, was convicted in November of conspiring to murder FBI agents and other officials who investigated his role in the Jan. 6 Capitol riots.

Kelley was separately convicted of throwing a Capitol cop to the ground, with the help of others, and smashing a window with a piece of wood. However, those charges were wiped away by the president’s sweeping pardon of so-called “Jan. 6ers” in January.

Kelley has contested that Trump’s pardon of his Capitol crimes should also apply to his conviction for plotting to kill FBI agents and local law enforcement in Tennessee.

The Department of Justice disagrees. In a sentencing memorandum filed Tuesday, and first reported by Politico, they asked a judge to send Kelley to prison for the rest of his life.

“Kelley created a list of specific people he intended to assassinate, including agents, officers, and employees of the FBI, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, Tennessee Highway Patrol, Maryville Police Department, Blount County Sheriff’s Office, and Clinton Police Department,” the memorandum read. “To effectuate his plan, Kelley sought the assistance of others to identify his victims’ pattern of life and to murder them at their offices, homes, and in public places.”

Part of his alleged plan was to attack his local FBI office in Knoxville by using “improvised explosive devices attached to vehicles and drones.”

Prosecutors wrote that Kelley should receive such a harsh sentence because he has shown no remorse for his crimes.

“Kelley is remorseless and has shown neither a capacity nor desire to rehabilitate,” prosecutors wrote. “On the contrary, Kelley not only believes the actions for which he was convicted were justified but that his duty as a self-styled ‘patriot’ compelled him to target East Tennessee law enforcement for assassination.”

Kelley’s interactions with the press suggest he does not regret his actions at the U.S. Capitol.

“I don’t feel bad for what I did,” he told 10 News in April. “I was fighting for my country that day. I mean, the election was obviously rigged. If someone doesn’t believe that it’s rigged, then they either need to get informed or pull their head out of the sand.”

Kelley told the news station that FBI agents and witnesses lied about him during his trial. He said he wrote a letter to appeal directly to President Donald Trump, but, as of April, he had not received a response.

“[I want] to let him know my situation and that he needs to intervene because the Eastern District of Tennessee is just absolutely dedicated to crushing me,” he told 10 News.

Kelley’s sentencing is scheduled for July 2.

The double standard of Israel’s position regarding the Israeli hospital being bombed by Iran versus their actions against Gaza and Palestinian hospitals is now in full view. Our current administration’s seemingly unreserved support of Israel is not justified.

Remember it is important to know that China has admitted this was a spy app created to spy on Americans that accidently became a Multi Billion $$ per Year Business.

Republicans frustrated as Trump ignores TikTok law again and extends Law for it to sell or shutdown and provides company a THIRD 90 day extension.

Trump extends TikTok deadline by another 90 days

President Donald Trump has extended the deadline for TikTok’s parent company ByteDance to sell the short form video app to an American owner.

On Thursday, Trump signed an executive order granting a third extension for the Chinese company to sell its video platform so it can continue to operate in the country.

“I’ve just signed the Executive Order extending the Deadline for the TikTok closing for 90 days (September 17, 2025). Thank you for your attention to this matter!” Trump said on Truth Social.

While aboard Air Force One on Wednesday morning, Trump said he believed Chinese President Xi Jinping would be amenable toward a deal selling the wildly popular app. Trump said he believed Xi would have to sign off on a deal if a buyer comes forward. ByteDance is based in Beijing.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said in a statement that the administration wanted to ensure Americans could continue to access TikTok.

“As he has said many times, President Trump does not want TikTok to go dark. This extension will last 90 days, which the Administration will spend working to ensure this deal is closed so that the American people can continue to use TikTok with the assurance that their data is safe and secure,” Leavitt said.

TikTok has 170 million users in the United States and support for a ban has declined, according to Pew Research. A law banning TikTok initially passed under the Biden Administration over national security concerns, which led the app to briefly go offline ahead of Trump’s inauguration earlier this year.

However, once Trump signaled he planned to keep the app running in the U.S., TikTok resumed functioning.

TikTok has denied that it posed any security concerns to the United States and said American data is not stored in China. After the TikTok ban passed last year, American users began flocking to Chinese social media app RedNote claiming they were indifferent to China accessing their data. Since TikTok was given an extension in the United States, it appears users have returned to the platform and are using RedNote less.

Once in office, Trump signed an extension of the deadline to sell the app, giving ByteDance 75 days to find a buyer. That extension ended on April 5. Ahead of the April 5 deadline, some potential TikTok suitors expressed interest in purchasing the app. Amazon made a last-minute bid to buy TIkTok. Others who expressed interest included Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian, who joined billionaire investor Frank McCourt’s bid; artificial intelligence search engine startup Perplexity AI; and Steven Mnuchin, treasury secretary in the first Trump administration.

Top Trump officials were confident the app would sell but after sweeping tariffs were placed on China, no deal was made. Trump then gave the app another 90 days, which was set to expire on Thursday.

Under the law, ByteDance must sell TikTok to a U.S.-based buyer. ByteDance previously said it would not sell TikTok and has been quiet on whether it has decided to make a deal.

A spokesperson for TikTok did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
