I have formally requested the Trump Administration rescind their unlawful deployment of troops in Los Angeles county and return them to my command.

We didn’t have a problem until Trump got involved. This is a serious breach of state sovereignty — inflaming tensions while pulling resources from where they’re actually needed.

Rescind the order. Return control to California.

In a joint statement released Sunday through the Democratic Governors Association, 22 Democratic governors called President Trump's deployment of the National Guard in California in response to protests over immigration enforcement operations "an alarming abuse of power."

I doubt immigrant criminals hang out at Home Depot and the Fashion District. Why not rearrange priorities by staging surprise raids on the places where criminal immigrant gangs hang out? Or how about a big story over stopping a human trafficking ring illegal immigrants are behind? Or are there too many wealthy and powerful people behind that?

Quite a few of these immigrants are working and behaving themselves while sending a large portion of their earnings to families back home, such as to Mexico. If cut off too much, that won't be good for Mexico's economy or the USA.

Trump seems to be trying to provoke a long hot summer of violence in the streets. That along with inflation from the tariffs, it will be interesting to see if Republicans just keep going along with Trump.

Something about that video seemed off to me. It reminded me of some of the Google ai videos recently released. No follow up interviews with the reporter yet. I’ll wait to see if this is verified.

Nine's US correspondent Lauren Tomasi said her calf was left with what she described as "a nasty bruise", after a policeman fired the rubber bullet

It’s pretty isolated right now in Downtown LA- and Paramount 15 miles away.

The new thing has been people listing the hotels where ICE is staying and playing Baby Shark on repeat on full blast all night. One hotel has already asked them to leave.
