Trump 47

In an astonishing escalation of the Trump family’s efforts to profit from crypto, a website promoting $TRUMP, the president’s so-called memecoin, announced that the top 220 investors in $TRUMP would be invited to meet him at his members-only golf club in Virginia, followed by a tour of the White House.

Breaking news: Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth directed the installation of Signal on a desktop computer in his Pentagon office, said three people familiar with the matter, illustrating the extent to which he has integrated use of the unclassified communications platform with the highly secure systems the U.S. government relies on to safeguard military plans and other sensitive information.

To add to the trade war insanity, Trump wants to impose heavy port penalty fees on Chinese ships that were built in China, believing it would revive American shipbuilding against China’s dominance in the industry. Depending on how high the fees are Chinese made ships might decide to just bypass U. S. ports and unload in Mexico or Canada.

Trump would be smarter to negotiate for zero tariffs on both sides. How would you expect much manufacturing to want to move back to the U. S. now when tariffs on various Chinese parts and raw materials needed for manufacturing are sky high?

This trade war with China, if Trump does not scale it back considerably, is going to adversely affect millions of Americans like when their appliances or cars and other things break down and they need made in China repair parts to get running again. You could pay more than double the price, if available at all.

JUST NOW: Tim Walz GOES OFF on Donald Trump: “On an hour by hour, day by day basis, the President has chosen to throw our economy into turmoil. We are talking about a guy that slapped a 10% tariff on an island populated only by penguins”

He makes a great point. Why pick a fight over this guy?
Until they establish that they can get away with with a little guy, they can’t move on denying due process on “bigger fish”.

They’re trying to normalize the public with being “okay” with shipping people out of the country and denying due process before they move on to citizens and political enemies.

It’s a test case with a weak victim….proof of concept.

Anyone remember that wild and Crazy Fort Knox thing Elon and Trump were pumping up and yelling about and pre-gaming about. Was already saying there was $20 Billion in Gold Missing before they even set foot in the place. Fox News was running Geraldo Opening the Vault Type commercials pumping up the Ft Knox visit and had their conspiracy talking heads on there debating if it was MORE or Less than $20 Billion in Gold already Missing

Yeah....that just kinda disappeared didn't it.

Please remember this...as this is the EXACT script the Trump Admin follows on all the "Manufactured" Crisis they put out. this is one they manufactured and turned lose and didn't follow up on.

Manufactured Crisis, Disappear like a Fart in the Wind.

Migrant Caravans crashing the border, Fort Knox Missing Gold, Immigrants Eating pets in Ohio, Furries using litter boxes in public Schools.

TWO different Federal Judges have now issued orders the Trump Admin must facilitate the return of the man the White House has confirmed was mistakenly deported to El Salvador.

Second Federal Judge, A Trump Appointed Judge, Orders White House to Return Deported Migrant

A federal judge in Maryland has ordered President Donald Trump's administration to facilitate the return of a 20-year-old Venezuelan man who was wrongly deported to El Salvador.

U.S. District Judge Stephanie Gallagher, who was appointed by Trump, issued an order on Wednesday stating that the man's removal violated a previous court settlement.

Why It Matters

The court order marks the second time a judge has ordered the Trump administration to facilitate the return of an immigrant deported to El Salvador.

She's even on his "prayer team." https://www.presidentialprayerteam....phanie-gallagher-maryland-u-s-district-court/

And, I'd be kinda surprised if she used her own pronouns, but from the article:

U.S. District Judge Stephanie Gallagher, who was appointed by Trump, issued an order on Wednesday stating that the man's removal violated a previous court settlement.
In his opinion on Wednesday, Gallagher wrote: "Like Judge Xinis in the Abrego Garcia matter, this court will order Defendants to facilitate Christian's return to the United States so that he can receive the process he was entitled to under the parties' binding Settlement Agreement."

Venezuela investigates "forced disappearance" of its citizen by the US which the US can't tell anyone where he is now OR where they deported him too.

The Last time anyone talked to him, he was in a Max Security facility in Texas

Ricardo Prada, who worked as a deliveryman in the city of Detroit, was arrested in January as part of the Trump administration's mass immigration crackdown.

In March, Prada informed a friend he was being held at a maximum security facility in Texas, "after which his whereabouts are unknown," the public prosecutor's office in Caracas said in a statement.

The US has deported more than 250 Venezuelans to El Salvador, which is being paid by Washington to hold them in a notoriously harsh maximum security facility built to house gang members.

The prosecutors' office, citing an article in the New York Times, said Prada was not in that group.

According to the newspaper, US authorities have said they deported Prada without revealing where to.

100 days of DOGE: lots of chaos, not so much efficiency reuters

  • Summary
  • DOGE efforts lead to bottlenecks, longer wait times for public, and brain drain
  • Musk to step back from DOGE, future of cost-cutting uncertain
  • Critics question DOGE's claimed savings and its lack of transparency
At the Social Security Administration, lawyers, statisticians and other high-ranking agency officials are being sent from the Baltimore headquarters to regional offices to replace veteran claims processors who have been fired or taken buyouts from the Trump administration.
But most of the new arrivals don't know how to do the job, leading to longer wait times for disabled and elderly Americans who depend on these benefits, according to two people familiar with the situation. Asked about the changes, an SSA official said in an email that reassigned employees "have vast knowledge about our programs and services."

At the Internal Revenue Service, the internet has become so patchy since President Donald Trump ordered remote workers back to overcrowded offices that staff are resorting to personal hotspots, crashing their computers at the height of tax processing season, two IRS officials told Reuters. The IRS did not respond to a request for comment.
Nearly 100 days into what Trump and tech billionaire Elon Muskhave called a mission to make the federal bureaucracy more efficient, Reuters found 20 instances where the staff and funding cuts led to purchasing bottlenecks and increased costs; paralysis in decision-making; longer public wait times; higher-paid civil servants filling in menial jobs, and a brain drain of scientific and technological talent.

"DOGE is not a serious exercise," said Jessica Riedl, a fellow at the Manhattan Institute, a fiscally conservative think tank that supports streamlining government. She estimates DOGE has only saved $5 billion to date, and believes it will end up costing more than it saves.
